Your host, Anne, has transformed this former annex into a welcoming coastal-style cottage. She has skillfully married the historic charm of the building with modernity, comfort, and artistic decor. Inside, you’ll find works by local artists, raku sculptures, and photographs capturing the essence of \u00cele d’Ol\u00e9ron.<\/p>\n
Enjoy the cottage and its surroundings, featuring a thoughtfully landscaped inner courtyard and parking at the front of the house. Anne loves sharing her passion for fine wine and delicious cuisine. She can assist you in booking restaurants and guide you in choosing various activities and excursions in La Rochelle and its surroundings.<\/p>\n
The single-story cottage spans 70m\u00b2 and includes a 14m\u00b2 bedroom with a 160×200 bed, a 12m\u00b2 bedroom with two 90×200 beds, and a 25m\u00b2 living room. The laundry bathroom is equipped with a 90×160 walk-in shower. The outdoor terrace measures 35m\u00b2.<\/p>\n
Upon your arrival, the beds are made, and household linen is included. Please note that access to the swimming pool is not available.<\/p>\n
