Located near the coastal town of La Rochelle, Campagne Océan Le Gite is an annex of our Charentaise guesthouse, welcoming you just outside the village of Montroy—a perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and relaxation.

Our cottage is classified as a 4-star tourist accommodation.

Your host, Anne, has transformed this former annex into a welcoming coastal-style cottage. She has skillfully married the historic charm of the building with modernity, comfort, and artistic decor. Inside, you'll find works by local artists, raku sculptures, and photographs capturing the essence of Île d'Oléron.

Enjoy the cottage and its surroundings, featuring a thoughtfully landscaped inner courtyard and parking at the front of the house. Anne loves sharing her passion for fine wine and delicious cuisine. She can assist you in booking restaurants and guide you in choosing various activities and excursions in La Rochelle and its surroundings.

The single-story cottage spans 70m² and includes a 14m² bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a 12m² bedroom with two 90x200 beds, and a 25m² living room. The laundry bathroom is equipped with a 90x160 walk-in shower. The outdoor terrace measures 35m².

Upon your arrival, the beds are made, and household linen is included. Please note that access to the swimming pool is not available.
